TikTok LIVE Creator Network Onboarding and Operation Criteria (US region only)

Introduction
TikTok LIVE Backstage is a creator management platform that empowers Creator Networks to support LIVE creators to nurture content and explore opportunities within the TikTok LIVE ecosystem. These terms describe the process and criteria for Creator Networks in the U.S. and Canada to apply for access to and operate on the TikTok LIVE Backstage platform, as supplementary to LIVE Backstage Terms of Service.


Background
Below is the criteria Creator Networks must satisfy to be eligible for access to and operate on TikTok LIVE Backstage platform. Creator Networks that apply will be reviewed by TikTok. Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee that your application will be approved or that you will be given access to TikTok LIVE Backstage. If your application is approved, the TikTok LIVE team in the U.S. or Canada will contact you through the means of communication provided in your application form.


Eligibility Criteria
TikTok will review Creator Networks for their motivation, capabilities and experience based on Creator Networks' documentation and interviews.
Meeting the following criteria will increase the likelihood of your application being approved:

• Your core team members have relevant experience in the entertainment industry, especially related to going LIVE on TikTok.
• Your team has a passion for TikTok LIVE.
• Your team has experience or know-how to help creators create high-quality content with revenue impact.
• Your team is interested in long-term development of creators on the TikTok platform.
• Creator Networks with successful experience in related industries will be given priority consideration.

Onboarding and Operation Criteria
If you are approved for access to TikTok LIVE Backstage, you cannot onboard to or operate on the platform until you meet and continue meeting the following conditions:

• You must have a corporate entity registered in the U.S. or Canada and be compliant with all applicable laws.
• You must have a corporate bank account in the Creator Network's name in the U.S. or Canada.
• You must be operating locally in the U.S or Canada.

We may request that you provide us with information or documents to support your application. If you are approved for access, you will be required to review and sign a Services Agreement with TikTok.
